were skeptical when asked to taste it strait from a sample cup,
but one taste was all it took to fall in love with this
extraordinary vinegar!
Imported from Modena, Italy, Tuscan Hills Traditional Style
Balsamic Vinegar is aged for years in different types of wooden
barrels, just like the "Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale"
and this is what gives the vinegar its exceptional, smooth, sweet
and full-bodied taste. This dense vinegar is especially good over
meat, fish or pasta or great to add to sauces. It is also
wonderful to put over raspberries or strawberries and sprinkle
with powdered sugar or to use over ice cream. Traditional Style
Balsamic Vinegar is aged in wooden barrels like good wine. And it
is just like good wine, a little goes a long way! (12.5 fl. oz.)
